Soccer stars Ashlyn Harris, Ali Krieger Land new faces of Bumble & Bumble

World Champion soccer stars Ashlyn Harris and Ali Krieger have scored a beauty deal with Bumble & Bumble.

The athletes, who married last year, have been unveiled as the cult haircare brand's new ambassadors, in a move the company has said will "celebrate individuality and self-expression through hair."

Krieger took to Instagram to share the good news with her 906,000 followers, writing: "We love expressing our individual styles through hair, whether it's style, cut, or color, and we're so excited to share our love for this brand and their products with you."

A video published on Bumble & Bumble's social media channels shows the duo discussing their individual hair styles and go-to daily looks, as well as their favorite products. When Harris confesses that her hair is "everything," Krieger responds with the tongue-in-cheek line "I'm not your everything?"

Clearly, soccer is having a style moment. Harris and Krieger, who both play for the Orlando Pride of the National Women's Soccer League, have netted their new deal in the same month as their fellow female soccer champion Megan Rapinoe was unveiled as the star of the luxury brand Loewe's new Fall/Winter 2020 fashion campaign.
