Santoni opens second US store at Bal Harbour Shops, Miami

Italian luxury footwear brand Santoni, founded in 1975, continues to expand in the USA, opening a second shop after the one on New York's Madison Avenue. The new store is located within the Bal Harbour Shops luxury shopping mall in Miami.

 
The new store is set to become one of the brand's leading venues, alongside Milan and New York. Its interiors were designed by architect Patricia Urquiola, who went for a warm colour palette that features brass, walnut and other soft hues. Orange wall upholstery adds a bright, colourful accent.

The store is split in two connecting areas. The first contains the women's collection, and is furnished with a travertine marble table with orange legs, illuminated by a large, made-to-measure chandelier.

The second area hosts the men's collection, creating a more private atmosphere with a large bronzed glass wall in the background and a walnut counter display for leather accessories.
