Giorgio Armani unveils fresh line of precious pieces for fine jewelry collection
Armani has added to the Giorgio Armani Haute Joaillerie with a fresh collection, again influenced by Art Deco and stylized shapes.
Much like Giorgio Armani's clothing, the line showcases a combination of simple modernity and subtle outlandish flair. Burnt orange carnelian spheres are at the heart of the collection, appearing in all six pieces.
A matching bracelet and necklace set made up of the precious stones are contrasted by a diamond-shaped charm filled with black sapphire. The necklace's geometric shapes filled with red sapphires and rubies connect the diamond to the beads, adding complexity to the clean look. Playful earrings and sophisticated rings made up of stylized geometry complete the fine jewelry collection.
Giorgio Armani first started fine jewelry back in 2019, debuting three collections inspired by the brand's past ready-to-wear collections and the Milanese designer’s legendary perfume Sì. Not long after the first release, a line inspired by haute couture gowns was revealed. The jewelry collection offered an elegant selection of sophisticated pieces made up of large crystals and diamonds.
The launch comes just a few weeks after Giorgio Armani took over Dubai's 2020 World's Fair with "One Night Only in Dubai," a strategic move in the booming Middle East market. Giorgio’s fete was timed to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the first Armani Hotel, located inside the Burj Al Arab tower, the tallest skyscraper in the world.
Pieces will be available to purchase in select Giorgio Armani flagship stores internationally starting in December.
