Canada Goose celebrates nature with its new 'BRANTA' collection

Northern regions, exploration and extreme conditions inspired the Canada Goose brand for its new limited-edition BRANTA collection. Designed for the Fall-Winter 2019 season, the first designs may be discovered starting on October 4 in selected boutique and online at www.canadagoose.com.

With "BRANTA," Canada Goose underlines its desire to celebrate "the intersection of self-exploration and nature," with unique motifs and designs, and materials chosen for their resistance in all types of climates and weather conditions. Offered in limited edition, the collection will feature new designs each season via new creative partnerships.  

The Fall-Winter 2019 collection is themed "Glacial Shifts," drawing inspiration from the abstract artworks of painter and photographer Diane Burko. The result is two reversible patterns which are inspired by the different colors of ice and water.

Made of premium materials like Loro Piana wool and finished with numerous functional elements, the first collection contains six designs for men and women.

Among the key pieces are the "Viedma 4-in-1" coat, whose four parts may be worn together as a comfortable, sturdy parka, or separately, as a light wool jacket and a reversible quilted jacket.

Canada Goose's first BRANTA collection will be available in stores and in the brand's online shop starting October 4. Price: from 1,375 euros/US$1,395.
