Boxpark to open a second site south of London

Croydon, 15 kilometres south of London, is one of the suburbs of the English capital that is under complete renovation. A project combining a residential zone, offices and commercial spaces covering over 2 million square feet of space.

It is in this framework that Boxpark has found a new playing field for its unusual shopping concept. The company opened its first shopping centre made up of refitted shipping containers in the Shoreditch borough in the east of London.

This time there will be 80 units for both established brands and newcomers.

The site, which is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2016, will complete the retail offer in the zone, which will also welcome a Westfield shopping centre.
