Benetton adds new department, names Martino Boselli commercial and sales director

Martino Boselli is joining Benetton Group as head of the new Commercial & Sales Department of the United Colors of Benetton.

It’s a key role that will see him reporting directly to the CEO as he takes charge of a “new and articulated department, created to support the group’s strategic plan to become even more effective and profitable”.

Boselli has a strong CV in the fashion retail sector, having worked for the VF Group, Safilo, Amazon, Trussardi and, most recently, Miroglio Fashion. In that last role he was General Manager of the brands Elena Mirò, Caractère, Luisa Viola and Diana Gallesi.

The new department will cover UCB’s wholesale and franchising, plus its retail and top stores (both in the Italian market). It will also be responsible for certain international market operations, plus Undercolors, its e-business and trade service.
