May 15 - Upmarket jeweller Theo Fennell Plc (TFL.L) said on Friday 15 May talks with a party that had been interested in making an investment had ended with no agreement.

The group also confirmed that Barbara Snoad had been appointed chief executive and would join the board with immediate effect.
