Suhani Pittie creates jewellery collection for Swarovski

Suhani Pittie has designed a jewellery collection named “Unsung Tribes” for Swarovski’s Confluence line that will retail throughout India.

The Swarovski “Confluence” line features collaborations with well-known Indian jewellery designers. Suhani Pittie is the latest designer to join the ranks with her “Unsung Tribes” collaborative collection which dropped on November 18. The Suhani Pittie x Swarovski Confluence features a range of gold jewellery accented with Swarovski crystals and is inspired by India’s indigenous tribes.

“The collection is tribal themed at the onset but if you look closer, it contains contemporary themes aesthetically paired with natural motifs to create something refreshing and visually gratifying,” said Pittie about her collection. The collection features jewellery adored with green, red, clear, and multi-hued crystals. Motifs include leaves, spikes, and small bells. Tribal influences can be seen in the embellishments and modern influences in the clean lines of the chokers and cuffs they adorn.

Suhani Pittie founded her eponymous brand in April 2005 and the brand has a flagship store in Hyderabad as well as its own e-commerce store. Pittie’s brand is listed as one of the ten most inventive jewellery designers by the World Gold Council and Pittie has also won other awards including an Audi Ritz Icon award.
