Première Vision Paris: more than 1,900 exhibitors at Villepinte

Published
Sep 13, 2015

After having baptised all six of its trade shows, Première Vision Paris intends on making its September 2015 edition one of inter-show synergy. A reorganisation of the event's offerings and the creation of a transversal space will mark an edition set to bring together more than 1,900 exhibitors.

Première Vision Fabrics - PV Paris

A stable number compared to September 2014. The gathering will welcome notably some 153 new companies, plus 19 returning ones, absent since several seasons, and all of these from 55 different countries.

"This season maybe more than any other before it seems like the exhibitors are investing more and better in trade shows: larger exhibition spaces, a wider and more diverse offer…", said Première Vision.

The textile trade show, PV Fabrics, will be hosting 770 companies, including 45 new ones, representing 34 nationalities. Dedicated to threads and fibres, PV Yarns will welcome 48 companies (6 new exhibitors), while PV Designs will have 247 companies (31 new ones). Some 341 leather and hide specialists will be part of PV Leather (14 new ones), while PV Accessories will bring together 321 companies (20 new ones). Finally, PV Manufacturing will include 197 sourcers from Euromed (38 new ones), with 47 of them in the Knitwear Solutions show.

Italy will by far be the most represented country, with no less than 727 companies, followed by France (246), the United Kingdom (144), Turkey (144) and Spain (99). Germany (55), Portugal (54), Japan (48), South Korea (40) and the United States (30) are also in the top ten number of exhibitors.

The September 2014 edition was the first one held by a single organiser, as well as under the name Première Vision Pluriel. The event saw 62,431 visitors, a stable level despite a strike by Air France, with more than 1,900 exhibiting companies then as well.
