Karl Lagerfeld launches a Kids line

After the recent announcement of the international licensing collaboration with CWF (Children Worldwide Fashion), Karl Lagerfeld has launched his own children's ready-to-wear collection, Karl Lagerfeld Kids.

The collection's presentation to the press and a mothers and children audience was made by the 'Kaiser' himself, at the historic building in Paris' seventh arrondissement that is home to his fashion label.

Lagerfeld's first childrenswear collection focuses on three themes: rock style, colours and accessories inspired by Choupette, the master's beloved cat. 

During the presentation, the children took part in creative drawing workshops under the supervision of famous illustrator Tiffany Cooper, who signed her latest book 'Karl's Secrets' for the guests.

The young guests enjoyed cookies decorated with an image of Choupette's paw and chocolate cakes featuring Lagerfeld's face.
