Ferragamo appoints Donald Kohler as CEO of North America, Global Chief Retail Officer

Salvatore Ferragamo announced this week the hiring of Donald Kohler as CEO of North America and Global Chief Retail Officer, effective September 4, 2017.

 
Kohler currently serves as President of Americas at Burberry, and he parts ways with the company on July 1, 2017. The executive spent close to 10 years at Burberry, serving as VP, Corporate Planning, SVP, Global Planning, Pricing & Business Intelligence, and Chief Merchandising Operations Officer.
 
He also worked at Gap for 10 years as VP Merchandise Planning, International Division, and at Williams-Sonoma as VP Planning/Allocation & General Manager E-commerce.

In his new role, Kohler will report to Group CEO Eraldo Poletto.
