Aurora Fashions, the retail group behind the international fashion brands Coast, Karen Millen, Oasis and Warehouse announces its inaugural results since acquiring these brands in March 2009.

Headquartered in London, the group trades from 1544 stores in 49 countries. In its first 11 month period the group had sales of £661 million, produced a gross profit of £303.7 million and EBITDA of £38.6 million.

Online sales were up 23%, International sales were up 10% and group debt was reduced ahead of schedule.

As Executive Chairman Derek Lovelock said: "….Aurora has emerged in such great shape, our business has been transformed".
